I have an idea, but I don't know how to realize it by lua. Could anyone give me some inspiration?
Here is what I want to do. Culture and Tourism can increase the amount of loyalty gained from your cities to your cities or other ai's cities respectively. The coefficient of promotion is the ratio of urban culture to urban average culture, or the ratio of country tourism to country average tourism. So what I want to do is to compute the average culture and tourism after all player and ai end turns. then compute and add the loyalty when each turns ends.
Do you think my idea feasible?
