So recently I noticed that the wheat in northern Italy is to the east of mediolanum in the 3,000 bc version but to the west in the 600 ad version. I like it since it makes the french city on the mediterranean have another food resource, but I found it a bit strange. Are there any other resources or features of the map that changes with the different starts?

Some marble in Egypt, iirc.
