So here's the situation:
Warlord difficulty, continents map with me, Sulleiman (my vassal), Hammurabi (1st in score), HC (Ham's vassal) on the same continent. Ham also has Pacal II as vassal on the other continent. I'm second in score with a decent military, nukes enabled though not used. Ham's got more and better troops but only a few of his units are top notch, though he is upgrading. I have 2 cities approaching legendary culture (40000 and 30000 points each) and another already there. Ham has apollo program 1 thruster + 1 life support. I have just appollo program and building thrusters + life support. On the other continent the only threat is Mansa who approaches my culture but still lags. I dont know which victory to pursue. If I go for cultural my best bet is on 65 turns with full cultural slider and artist specialists in those cities. If I go for space race I dont know if I can cut it because Ham has also a slight tech lead although on the next turn I'll have internet. I have about 11000 espionage points on Ham increasing by 1100 on every turn. I may be able to stall him a bit but his empire is massive. Will an invasion do any good? I can easily snatch a couple of his cities but his counterattack is expected massive with nukes which will probably harm my culture. Also HC is right next to some sensitive cities. They are guarded but if he throws what he's got I may lose them. Any ideas?
