Diplomacy Bug, or unknown condition...

For some reason I can't declare war on the Songai in my current game.. It keeps insisting that there is a peace treaty that hasn't expired yet, which it did according to the treaty list about 100 turns ago!

Is this a bug?

update your game to the most current patch and it'll fix that problem for you
