Diplomacy Values

I downloaded Diplomacy Values from the Direct Download link in the Steam workshop (couldn't find it here in civfanatics) and I installed the folder to Mods just as I do with any other mod. When running Civ 5, it shows up in the Mod list and I have it selected, but I don't see any diploacy values in-game. I just made a DOF with Poland, and all it says when I museover is "We have made a public declaration of friendship" (without any number next to it).

Any ideas?

That mod uses a custom DLL. So it won't work in the Mac versions.

Could someone who has this mod, create a list of values for those of us that can't see them in-game?
