Proper wording must be that Literature bound to package, they can't take it from Anarhos.
Only from us and for MMking.
"pre-accepted to both" too big and too seductive cooperate with Anarhos.
If you both really want it I can leave as it is, but I see no reason to hurry with this gift.
Lets hold a ball a little.

i too think that for our first offer we need not include the "this turn" paragraphe yet. we can go so far if it seems necessary, but we should not start like this. let them "earn" the latest bit and try to win our trust for it.

i only changed it a very slight bit and included Ivans suggestion:

and i still do not understand why we cannot at the same time send our proposal to the Anarchos. the way we are acting we even urge them to take up contact with the other continent in the meanwhile...

Text to eagles OK. If they will not reply we still can send (not accepted) republic.

Logically Eagles will try to find out "Whats up"? Anarhos will explain. And , probably, send a copy of our note...

if i do not hear any objections from you, i would send Republic unaccepted to Küche and Eagles, in case we do not see any reaction from them until tomorrow morning.

Yes, I think it is a good idea. No need to spend second timeout.

Maybe I am asking a stupid question now:
What does it mean that neither the Eagles nor the Küche do not write anything back?

I esteem this quite strange. At least they could post something like "no interest", or "we are still contemplating, good you sent the deal so we can use some more time to think about it", or even "we heard from the Anarchie that you are such bastards and do not even want to talk to you.

But nothing? Is this diplo craziness I am experiencing here normal in PBEM games? Then I know why i never went there. I really learn to appreciate the stubborness of the AI here.

Most of you are playing such games, is this normal to you (i mean the whole diplo situation altogether) or is it as mad as it seems to me?

I think it is just "time factor". They try to find out real situation and how they can press us...

    What does he mean here?

    I have no clue.

    And here:

How is this precise? Do you know what he is really asking for? Whether we betrayed them or what?

I have no issues to lay our deals open.

no problem, the team is here.

what do you mean by this?

again, please be even a bit more precise what you mean that you want to know. we have some idea what the Anarchie might say, but until today all deals are settled, and for one technology that we have sent we still wait for compensation. however those are the details of low/no interest probably. currently the diplomacy is on hold, partly because of our talks, but mainly because we have refuted a certain level of diplomatic aggressiveness that has been a property of their diplomacy and their chief diplomat which we were no longer willing to accept. Calis knows that. But we do not believe that the unpleasant details of how it could come so far is really of high interest to you.

    what do you mean?

Probably Cyc misunderstood and think that we need 14 gpt from both teams.
Or, he think how we will see that both of them send us required amount.
We will open "Eages" first and must "Accept or not", only after we will see DK.
I thought that we can trust them in such short term.
I can imagine, what Anarhos tell about us... They may suspect a lot... However, if they have question about particular deal, it may be easier to reply...

We may add: however, if you want whole story of our tech trade, we are ready to supply it in return to your story of trade with DK.

Weird, not? First they think forever, then Cyc asks for more info, we say we do not understand what he means, no reply, and now Calis posts the save.

Honestly, I do not like their diplo a whole lot either.

It more and more looks like we are playing solo anyway.

But who knows, maybe we find their offer in the save when we open it. In this strange game, everything seems possible.
