I haven't yet been able to a trade deal like in CIV 2. ? The kind where you share trade arrows. In the beginning, you would loose a portion of trade per turn, but the longer you kept the trade agreement the more money you would make.
There was a simular thing for science trade.
Are either of these in Civ 3?

The style of trade deal you're talking about was not available in Civ 2, it was the trade model for MOO2. And, no it's not available in Civ 3. You can trade luxuries, resources, tech, maps, cash, per-turn payments, alliances, workers and cities.
