Now did I really build a fleet in Venice? :crazyeye: If I continue to mis-write orders it will cost me dearly eventually. :(

EDIT: And the Turkish fleet still sails the Eastern Med!

:woohoo:

:aargh: Attention Men! :hammer:

This is the Admiral. It appears we've lost contact with HQ, and last we knew, the Russians and the Austrians were closing on Constantinople. I know, I know - I'm worried about my family too. But the best way to get home safely is for us to keep our heads on straight. So listen up!

:wow: Seaman! To the monoscope! Lookout for enemy fleets - especially Austrian ones!!

:gripe: Lieutenant! Set a course for Syria! We're gonna cause one helluva ruckus for that backstabbing Tzar! :spank:

And remember, boys - we can't count on support from anyone, so it's up to us to survive for as long as we can :salute:

Yeah, right... ;)

These misclicks in the turkish war also cost me dearly. Actually I wanted to attack Austria, but all my clicks went wrong...

I knew these turkish guys were hard-bitten.
We will send some torpedos in that direction... :p

Cubsfan, you don't have to post the second map you posted anymore. Although I think it looks really nice (and I really think that it looks very nice!) it doesn't show for example that I own Belgium, while the simpler and uglier map above does show it (but it isn't nearly as pretty :().

I post ti simply because I can't stand that map that all of you like. I can't even find my self to input the order.s

I know that the above map is uglier, but it's vital that a map shows what centers are owned by whom, so you'll have to post the ugly one.

Most I'd appreciate to get the jdip save attached... :)

What sirdanilot said. The first map contains vital information that is missing from the second map, so we couldn't use the second only, even though it's prettier.

EDIT: And Paul, the save is attached.

My pictures were deleted at my imageshack acount by accident or something. They sent me an email.
Bthe way deadline is tommorow at 6PM USCT

Then you should re-upload them immediately! :wow:

It's very difficult for players to formulate orders or conduct diplomacy if they don't have a copy of the map that the GM has generated.

Another fairly decent image hosting site is picsplace.to :)

@NLDS loser: great to see you're still around. :pat:
Cubs fans are the toughest... :mischief:

Rome: Rumors of a falling out between Rome and Vienna are rampant. The Italian foreign ministry has confirmed a breakdown in communication admitting the King's last letter to the Archduke has gone unanswered. Un-named sources close to the King speculate that the New Italian fleet in Venice is the cause of the trouble. The King is reportedly sparing no effort to find out how that fleet got there. The King has been widely quoted as saying, "I wanted that fleet in Naples! It was supposed to pick up the Sultan and escort him (and his harem) to exile in Rome. Now it's going to take longer for them to get here and I've already converted the old Roman baths to Turkish baths!" The new fleet has supposedly been ordered to sea to make way for Syria (and its stranded Turkish delights) via the shortest path.

In light of the heightened tensions between Austria and Italy it is thought that all prior agreements between the two countries are not worth the paper they were printed on and Italian armies are expected to be on patrol near the Alps.

in other news the King is scheduling a trip to the new German capitol in Paris...
