Diplomatic Mod question

These are the mods I have activated:
- Diplomatic Features (v.8);
- Really Advanced Setup (v.14);
- Smart AI (v.2);
- Info Addict (v.18).

From what I remembered, I hadn't a DoF with Morocco in that game. But I'm probably mistaken.

The other three should be okay, but that one I am not familiar with. I am guessing it is as described here. That thread is 11 pages, but it seems like it could certainly be messing with lump sum trading -- and even the DoF requirement for lump sum trades.

So I think you have found a bug with that mod!

From what I read of the Diplomatic Features mod, I don't think it messes with the diplomatic behavior of the AI. But there's certainly something messing with it, in my game.
