Diplomatic relations

This is a diplomatic game and therefore i think we have to answer the following question:

¿how are we going to interact with other teams?

I propose that we have a single person that send and recive mails or other kind of comunications to other teams and then we post it in forum and discuss them.

I propose that to avoid having severall people talking about same things with the other teams, that could lead to confusion and confusion is bad for diplomacy.

anyway any other sugestion is wellcome.

0. Messages to other teams should be discussed before they `ll send. For this it will be good to have for every team a diplomacy fred in our forum.

btw in GWT we have a separat diplomacy forum for every pair of teams; is this here also or what kind of diplomacy we talk about?

Note to our diplomacy
1. We want to win, so it is important to get much from the other civ. Every war which has not won quick is a defeat. The other team knows that also.

2. Good connection to any team is an advantage for both against all the other.
a. oG with other civs is good for commerce.
b. Brokerage of techs and goods can give much.

So, friendly game is the goal, but the other will not permit our victory, so sometimes we will take other measures. The last is not my field of experience.
