So, I made sure to do a quick search and found really no solution sadly anywhere aside from one place that had the repaired files... but the links were broken.
Anywho, this bug only seems to apply to directX 9 and not 10/11 from what I could see but of course it crashes when I try to actually begin a game, but I could care less about that.
I dunno from what I read it's something about how the game isn't correctly unpacking the image files. Some help would be greatly appreciated
