Do you know where these files are supposed to be? I check the control panel, and it wasn't there, so then I checked the program files. Not there either :/

I ask because I need to change some settings, but I can't do this because I have no clue where the files or .exe is.

click start -> run then type dxdiag and hit enter - you can change all the settings in the program that starts then.
