Disabling cloud cover

Is there anyway to disable the large amount of clouds that appear when the map is fully zoomed out? I want to get a screen shot of a whole map in as few pieces as possible but they're all obscured by clouds unless I'm zoomed in.

There is this application called CivScale. Let's you remove cloud coverage and scale unit sizes, city buildings, improvements etc. It is great to make the map feel bigger than it really is.

However, I can't seem to find it anymore. It used to be on the Blue Marble page.
