Disabling clouds?

Hey, I haven't played Civ in a while, but I decided to boot it up today, and remembered something that frustrated me in the past. Is there anyway to disable the clouds in game? Everything runs fine, on whatever resolution, and AA setting, but no matter if I have everything high, or low, the clouds(when zoomed any 'good' distance), lag the hell out of me. Don't see anything in the options, but is there a way to remove it with the .ini, or something?

You can use the CivScale Utility to essentially disable clouds. It should work with any version of the game.

Edit:
I found a dl for CivScale 2.0, but when I turn all the cloud sliders down, I notice 0 change.

Edit 2:
Ahh, it only affects Vanilla and Warlords, not BtS. So..can anyone upload 3.0, since the link is 404'd?
