Hi, it is 2024.
I just start playing CIV again after a long hiatus. I recall I was able to disable or remove the (plot) tooltips from popping up during my mouseovers.
But now I can't, and it's irritating me. I wasn't able to decisively identify a mod that can help with this.
Would anyone be able to help?
