I installed the new patch and started a new game. So now when a city goes into disorder and I bring up the drop down menu by right clicking on the city, and select Disorder Report, the option "Give them some Entertainment" doesn't come up at all. Normally it didn't come up when you couldn't spare to take a worker off of a city tile. So when I go into the city, it doesn't show an excess food or shields. It just stays at zero growth, and no production. I preferred the other way. I'm not too sure if I missed something in the readme for the new patch but has anyone else noticed this problem.
