Displayed maintenance 'actuals' in building text

The game currently displays wildly apochryphal (aka totally wrong) 'actual' amounts for buildings that have maintenance modifiers in the hover text. I will be including a fix for this in an update on the patch thread later today.

That is great news. For ages I wouldn't build certain bldgs because of the seemingly overwhelming negatives shown. After a while I started to build some and realized you couldn't always believe what the screen said.

I would have to agree with JosEPh_II here, i did the same thing alot of the time, so i'd have to agree with DH here: excellent find and hopefully a way better fix.
