All:
I am a new Civ 6 player and I am on IPAD, with all current DLC through Gathering Storm installed. The issue I am having is that, as far as I can tell, building districts yields no bonuses to my cities. For example, I build the Commercial Hub which says in the description that it provides +4 Gold Per Citizen. Yet, after building, there is no increase in gold and the City Details, City Breakdown screen shows no resources being produced by the district. The same thing is happening with my Encampment district, which also shows no production increases whatsoever.
I have checked the Civilopedia, searched online, and searched this forum and no one else seems to be having this problem, which leads me to believe I am probably missing something really simple. Can someone help me understand the issue here? Thanks in advance.
