Its worth buying, and its also on GamersGate for the same price. I don't know if the patch is out for it yet or not but they are indeed working on patching it and it is a great additionI also didn't run into any bugs afaik.
Sorry, what I meant by broken features was that the new China system is imbalanced (from what I've read) and both horde colonization and cascading alliances were problems.
If you are enjoing the game, you should get the expansions. The game is very polished with them.I recently bought EU3 complete and have been getting familiar with the game.. I have just advanced from n00b to novice. Would Divine Wind be worth picking up at this point in time? What are the changes?
You get 25% the infamy. And be patient, you will get plenty of casus bellis over time.
Addendum: Usually it will give you 25% infamy only for certain diplomatic actions or territories. For example, you may get 50% or 100% infamy for getting 2 or 3 of the opponent's territory, but annexing them outright, or taking territories other than those will net you full infamy, and going over the limit is never fun, so yeah, be aware of that stuff.
