DLC required ???

So I go to load my game, and the LOAD GAME button is 'greyed out' and when I hover over it, it says "The required DLC has no been bought" ... wtf is it talking about, I was just playing that game not 2 hours ago - Ive never bought a DLC either but why does it think I need one ?!?! GAH.

In Steam, please go to the library and check the integrity for Civ5s local files.
Might be that something in the mongolia DLC just broke (don't ask how, it happens).
