I’ve been reading and reading and learning a lot and I haven’t found how to properly replace the DLLs. I completely messed up my game to the point that it took my a few days and numerous installs to get it back into working order.
Is there a way this can be explained to laymen. I don’t want to build or program or even merge two DLLs I just want to know where I should put them for them to work properly. I tried removing the DLL
CvGamecore_Expansion2.dll and replacing it with the file I got from the most recent vox Populi download and it crashes to desktop.
Any information or a how to would be greatly appreciated. Everything I’ve read it appears people already know the basics of using DLLs and I simply don’t know where to find the idiots how to guide.
