Do I have to have a steam account to download demo?

    no offence but im confused how someone could have made "Posts: 1,126" and know so little about civ :p

    - Civs 1-3 werent even on steam.
    - Some members havent been around for a while and came back for Civ5.
    - Lots of non-civ forums here at CFC.

    You need Steam Digital Rights Management Software to try out the free demo. I guess they need to protect the free demo against piracy? :lol:

    With a 4GB size, it's gonna take a while to d/l. Steam speeds are sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow, and choppy.
