Wasn't there once a skin color conversion of the vanilla civ industrial worker to represent an African (Zulu) worker?

If so, where can I find it?

If it is just an African worker you're looking for, then Plotinus made a whole lot of workers. You can find settlers there too.

I looked in the file library but couldn't find it (unless I am blind, which is a possibility).

@Cimbri: I have Plotinus' African workers. That's why I'd like to find the Industrial/Modern African worker as the unit they would upgrade to.
