1) ICS is very viable (and horribly fun) on GAK due to religion and that hints to Order.

2) SVs could use a few GEs especially for the very late Hubble but generating them is not desirable, so buy via Order.

3) Bonuses from courthouses are not as incredible as back when they totally eliminated city base unhappiness.

4) Although not as powerful as Autocracy military-wise the combat and production bonuses from Order are more generic and all-rounded. Autocracy's finisher has a duration.

5) I just had a 83 happiness Hunnic empire with 22 cities, emperor standard size.

I take the opener in Order to be able to purchase GEs with Faith. I usually use that to rush Hubble in science VC games.
