If Civ A is at war with Civ B, will I get warmonger penalties from Civ A if I declare war on Civ B and then take Civ Bs cities?

Another question, if Civ A asks me to declare war on Civ B, together with him, do I get any warmonger penalties from Civ A if I accept?

Thanks.

The DOW part; this will be completely negated by the positive points for fighting a common enemy.

Taking cities: As long as Civ A is at war with Civ B it won't care about Civ B's cities being conquered. However if it later makes peace with B, then it might remember that you took some of B cities and then you'd get warmonger then.
However I note that cities warmonger is of the form 1 / N ; N number of cities the civ had right before you captured it. In other words very little war monger if they have more than a handful, but extreme if its their very last one.
