By that I mean went to a location for the soul purpose of listening to a live band.
The Size of the show does not matter and neither does the genre.

Went to a bar in Marietta a few nights ago to see a friend of a rugby teammate of my girlfriend's best friend's boyfriend. He played some pretty damn good guitar.

Before that, it was Aerosmith in downtown Atlanta in January.

Every day I try to listen to a live performance of the greatest music ever. That is the music heard in utter silence. ;)

I've never been to a concert. Just as I've never been to a sports game.

On the other hand I really like live recordings...

I'd say I have an irrational fear against mass gatherings of people. Concerts, festivals, football games, rallies. I'd love to go to at least the first 3 if not for the fact there's so many people there.

Last gig I went to was Millencolin in November. If they weren't so damn expensive I'd go more often.

Last July, I think. Used to go to pop/rock concerts every month or so before I had kids. When I worked in the centre of London, I'd go to the free lunchtime classical recitals at various churches at least once a fortnight. But now ? I just have to rely on my iPod....

I do. However a lot of bands I listen to don't tour anymore or don't bother coming to this country. But I do my best

I do, about three in the past month, but they weren't that major.

And why the Indie bit in that option? :crazyeye: I refuse to vote! ;).

I am hopefully going to Download to see Tool, Metallica, and loads of other cool bands too, this year.

I would like to go to a concert, if the price was right or if it was a favourite band, but i've never been to a concert.

And they will have them again, as they grow older. Noise exposure from earlier in life comes back to haunt you. Constant ringing in the ears, that never goes away, and only gets louder as you age. Madness ensues. Then you ask yourself, as you contemplate suicide, "was it really worth it?"

    :hmm:
