Do you like "Effect Sound Delay" in 3.13?

Do you like "Effect Sound Delay" in 3.13? After do attack, Sound efftect now delayed. I think 3.03 is better. Dont you think?

Why dont you try to use "Stack attack" and you will know what it is.
