Does anyone here play with an Alienware PC FX theme bug? REVISED!!

I'm playing on version 1.0.2.39 and the strangest thing happens when I start up the game. I have my keyboard lighting set to a certain configuration, different zones on the keyboard have different color back-light. I have an Alien M17 and when I start up the game it sort of takes over my keyboard configuration and knocks the back-lit color back to default Blue. Not a big deal but it is irritating.

I guess if I had pics it would make it easier to understand, See how my keyboard theme is before I load Civ? Then notice it changes it to default blue after I load Civ. Then after playing the game I have to reset it again. It's bothersome.
