if there is a Civ4 coming up in near future?

I wont`be satisfied with Civ until it is possible to force one civ to make peace with another, so I`m hoping it will be possible in a later version.

thers no palns for a civ4, conquest is in the final processes for civ3. lets not forgety, unliek other games, civ takers a logn tiem to make from scratch. and i woudl prefere to wait a few years, wait for technoolgy and the stanard Pc specs to get better,, then they can make a much better game. some games now takes 2 or 3gb and use up most of the processor power, whcih means it is out of range for many. games need to wait for the average persons PC to improve before they step up again and have to use several DVD discs to put there 9gb game on.
