I said I wasn't gonna 'til the price came down;but I couldn't resist. Darn!.... Darn!.... I knew I should not have gone to Best Buy today. I saw it! I had to have It!

Too bad there's at least two more weeks until I can buy it. Damn!

I don't really feel bad. Just about not being able to wait. It would have made a great Christmas gift. Hint! Hint!

Oh Well! I have it now and am ready to load. Somewhere down in the depths of my hard drive is a Civ3 PTW backup. So if anything goes horribly wrong; I will have a road home. I had a little trouble while making the backup. Did you know there are some folders you just can not rename? Civilization III is one of them. I don't know why; but I tried to rename it Civilization III Conquests. After that, vanilla Civ3 and Civ3 PTW would not run. I changed the name back and all was sweetness and light.

All that remains now is to put the disc in and tell Conquests where to install.

No Conquest for me yet! I will wait for Santa Clause to bring me one. Hopefully, he will remember me this year. I will soon find out after Christmas.

I don't have Conquests yet, and it's starting to show. All these sleepless nights just thinking about what I'll do when I get it. Oh well, maybe Santa will leave me a copy when he comes by.
