Domination loss?

Have you ever suffered a Domination defeat? I mean have you seen an AI acheiving Dom victory? I haven't, but I don't play tiny maps. There it seams more likely.

Yes, OCC is another possibility. I haven't considered that.

I like to shut Domination off as I prefer to go for the Conquest victory.

To answer your question, I think I have seen AI win buy Domination before.

You can still win by Conquest if Dom is enabled, just raze some cities.

I've never seen an AI close to the domination limit, but the highest I've played is Emperor.

Neither have I. On Civ3 Deity my biggest concern is that I don't get killed, not an AI achieving Dimonation.

@plarq: It must have been a very runaway AI.

It is most likely to happen on pangaea maps where one of the AI goes runaway. Especially if the map generator starts the human player on an offshore island or narrow peninsula.

No, but they came pretty close when they conquered me in one game (64% land, 70% pop)
