domination question

In order to win a domination game, do you have to control all capitals, or just all capitals be taken over, and you take out the capital of your last competitor (I would assume the first, but checking)?

For example, in my present game, I decided to go domination. I have taken out two capitals. Russia has taken Spain's capital, and it is out of my way. If I take out every other capital, including Moscow, do I still have to take MAdrid, if that is not Russia's new capital?

Prior to a G&K patch it was the latter, but is now the former. (Civilopedia was never updated, but the Victory Progress screen has it right.) You have to take Madrid.
