This mod adds Donald Trump as an alternative leader of America. Donald Trump is purely based around economics and gaining the most gold possible. More information about this mod (including the known issues) can be found in the README and in the comments I added to the xml files.

Donald Trump:
Abilities:
- Passively has 3 Trade Route slots and each Trade Route gives a minimum of +5 gold.
Units:
- Real Estate Agent (Replaces Settler): An upgraded settler that can move 5 tiles per turn, claim cities, and claims more land (similar to the Civ5 Shoshone passive).
Buildings:
- Trump Tower: A wonder of the Commerce District that yields 5 gold/turn, 3 great merchant points/turn, and 7 production/turn.

Note: I tested the mod within the scenarios folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Assets\Scenarios) not the mods/dlc folder.

- Trump is now an alternative leader for America, T-Roosevelt is back in the game.
- Removed need to select a new ruleset.

I just generated a random GUID. Not sure if that's what I'm supposed to do, but for now it works. I will change it once the modding API is released if I find out I'm not supposed to.
 
Hillary Clinton:

Abilities:
- Government Kickbacks: +1 gold from every resource
- Tyrant Lover: Warmongers are much more friendly to the player and likely to give gifts. Increases war weariness
- DELETE: Causes an unhappy citizen or anyone you do not like to have a tragic accident.

Units:
- Data destroyer (replaces inquisitor) -decreases unhappiness in nearby cities by labeling anyone who disagrees with you as deplorable, in addition to inquisitor functions.

Buildings:
- Corrupted Press (replaces Broadcast center): Generates +10 gold instead of culture, generates unhappiness and low ratings
 
Vladimir Putin:

Abilities:
- Humanitarian Help. No warmonger penalties for starting war. No war weariness.

Units:
- Greenman (replaces infantry). Can travel as if has open borders. Can attack and damage units+cities of another civilization even if at peace.
- KGB Agent (replaces Spy). Can spy on own cities. If spying on own city can sacrifice 1 population for +100 gold (scaled by game speed and era).
- Buk (replaces Mobile Sam). Can be deployed at borders of another civilisation to shoot down their airplanes carrying tourism. Stops that civilization from sending tourists to you.


Petro Poroshenko:

Abilities:
- Chocolate Reign. Cocoa resource +4 culture after researching Industrialisation. Can build Factories for free.

Building:
- Chocolate Factory (replaces Factory). Produces gold equal to hammer output. No upkeep.

Justin Trudeau:
Abilities:
- Green energy. Electricity tech costs 4x more to research. Powerplant cost and upkeep 4x more.
...
Etc, etc.

I would change donald trumps abilities actually

Donald Trump:
Abilities:
- Tax Loophole. Negative gold does not reduce amenities and has no negative repercussions.
- Negotiation. The AI always trades with you as if the relationship was friendly.

Unique Improvement:
- Trump Wall. Can only be built on tiles that have border adjacency to another civilization. -2 upkeep +1 amenity -5% growth to city that the tile belongs to, cannot be worked. Unhappy citizens get deported regardless.

-Small loan of a million dollars: Start the game with an extra 100 gold. Immediately declare bankruptcy after turn 100, granting you a net debt of 400 gold.
-Idiocracy: Your civ gets the building "FOX" for free, starting the modern era, granting +10 amenity to the capital.
May not recruit any new great scientists and the science and culture output caps at the next to last output out of all civs.

Unique Improvement:
-Trump Wall. Can only be built on tiles that have border adjacency to another civilization. 4 upkeep for each tile, +4 amenity, -20 warmonger penalty.
Minus 2 to trading route capacity.
You are immediately denounced by all neutral or lower diplomatic status civs.

Unique unit:
-Hayseed Devotee. Replaces the unit Apostle. May be spent to create the Mt. Dew improvement (+4 gold -6 culture in this city)

So when's the update
 
After thinking about it a little bit more (see spoiler with old entry), here my reworked suggestions for the Trump of America leader abilities:

"I like Putin": Gain relationship points towards leaders that are considered warmongers by the majority of the AI players

"Nightly Twitter Encounters": Once the "Social Media" civic is researched, every turn there is a chance that you lose some relationship to a randomly selected cilization, not regarding of their status towards you. This penalty is doubled towards leaders that denounced you.

"Electoral College Phenomenon": If you have the Trump of America mod installed and activated, there is ALWAYS a 50% chance that you will get Trump, even if you select a diffent leader for America.

I think what America civ really needs is actually an different passive: "Electoral College" -- Automatically starts the game with the opposite american leader that you actually selected in game options.
