And this is some of my works.. I am OK with Art and Artifacts but why is my writing science doubled? It made my great work of art game a bit OP. I guess peeps already knew about this and I missed it?

... I have been analyzing great artists and just played a great art game. It was interesting, especially with Brazil. I had underestimated those carnivals, quite eye opening. Also, once you know you artists and are willing to project a lot (zzz) then you can get quite a few themed. The key is you will only get 4 themed before the modern era and they are all religious, Hermitage helps and Oracle does not.

That seems correct. Each of your Great Works of Writing generates 2 science. Each Amphitheater holds 2 works of Writing so 2 + 2 = 4 total science for each Amphitheater.
