Double beakers in the start of the game

I DLd the yesterday's SVN and started a new game. The beakers I'm getting for research are double that my first city is producing. Is this some new feature or some kind of error perhaps?

I'm not seeing this when I start a new game. Could you post the savegame please.

I just updated my SVN and the beakers / espionage is now normalised! Move along, nothing to see here...
