Download older versions?

Hi,

Is there a way of downloading the older DoC versions eg 1.16? I have the latest and quite simply my laptop is so old it crashes frequently. Older versions seemed fine so I'd love to play the older versions possibly?

Sorry, I downloaded 1.14 but the installer won't work. I have 1.17 installed. To be honest my laptop is a piece of crap and very hard to navigate in general these days. I can't even seem to locate where all the other mods are saved. Its kind of hard to explain. Anyway do I need to uninstall 1.17? When I try to download 1.14 there is not an installer for 1.14 in the folder I've downloaded and what is on github is just 1.17 exe?

The safe approach is to always delete the existing mod folder before installing a different one.

What you get from github is without the installer. Make sure that after unzipping the directory is placed in the Mods folder and named "RFC Dawn of Civilization".

Hi Leoreth, thank you for the reply and thank you for such an amazing mod, I love playing it.

In the end I've been playing 1.17 (although definitely need a better laptop soon for it).

I played as Poland, on Heir as its a long time since playing and a new update so getting familiar. First time failed with the UHV as I took Buda making myself a target for Turkey to steamroll me

2nd time I won the UHV by being aggressive on Russia. Eventually they re-spawned around 1800 and obliterated me as after taking independent Buda my stability dipped and they were able to overrun me. Losing Kijow as a huge blow to me which I didn't recover from. Really enjoyed it though thank you again!
