Download website freezing computer

Is anyone else encountering this problem? Whenever I go to sourceforge.net to update BUG, my computer freezes every time. Actually, I should say computerS because I tried this on two different computers with the same result.

I'm downloading the EXE right now. Sure, I'm getting an atrocious 6kB/sec, but it isn't causing any problems with my computer.

My computer doesn't even work with sourceforge.net. Is there maintenance occuring with the site? I'd just like to download the newest BUG version, that's all.

I'm able to download the files and use the SF.net site fine right now.
