Downloaded DLC Bundle doesn't run

I recently bought the Cradle of Civilization DLC bundle at the Steam Store and downloaded it. It include Cradle of Civilization Americas, Asia, Mediterranean and Mesopotamia. However when I start the game the DLC list shows me as still only having G&K Expansion Pack and Genghis Kahn's Mongolia. When I go on C: I see the XML files for the new leaders, Harald, Kamehameha, Nebuchadnezzar, Sejong and Pachacuti at Program Files(X86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Sid Meier's Civilization V/assets/DLC/Expansion/Gameplay/XML/Leaders, but I can't play them, and when I try to play a turn on a multiplayer robot game, it says "Required DLC is not available." Help!

The civilizations are separate DLCs, and are NOT included in the map packs (explanation see here).

So I need to buy a few more DLCs. I hope that will fix it!
