Drawing or signs on map

Is anyone aware of any DLC that will allow for drawing on the main game view, or planting signs like you could in CIV? I'm finding this one of the most annoying things transitioning to CiV, especially as the distance route-finding is a bit crap...I'd like to be able to place a sign on a hex reminding me what unit I intended to place there 10 turns or so ago.

No, but as a work around, you can click F12 to take a steam screenshot (which unlike printscreen which actually be in jpeg), then find the local directory its in and edit in in paint.
