I had thier weird dream last night... but before I tell you what it was, I better tell you my dream history...
I rarley remember my dreams. and when I do, they tend not to make sence, or mean anything. a few times I have dreams that are odd... like then one where I was a girl, and I was... long story...
but this one is rather intresting. I had a dream that I was able to use my 'slick' qualities, and get me a girlfriend.

Should I take this as a sign of things to come? or should I take it as something that I simpaly want to happen?
 
I'd take it as a sign of something you want to happen - if the dream isn't a "premonition" you might end up severely embarressed. ;)
 
I had a dream where everyone acted like 5 year olds. It came true!
"You blew up my tower!"
"Did not!"
"Did too! I'm telling NATO on you!"
"Oh yeah? My big brother Allah's going to get you!"
"He can't 'coz God blesses me."
"He let me blow up your tower didn't he!"
"Ha! You admit it! Eat cruise missile Osama!"

My dreams are getting wierder, now I'm dreaming in third-person.
Last night I dreamt weird aliens came down to abduct people and take them to their home planet. No-one could see me (as in ME, not the other me who was me except I wasn't in him) and when I (other me) was running along the scaffolding of a building I had to fly to keep up with me. (don't ask me how I flew) :confused: :crazyeyes

Who was I? Was I me? Then who was that other me who was me but wasn't? Was I a ghost? How did I (as in my body who wasn't me) move around?:confused:

Aliens are coming to suck us out of our bodies and give us dreams that cause headaches to think about

I'm going to stop because thinking about this is too weird.

Weimar, I say don't put too much stock into dreams. ESPECIALLY the one where you were a girl... ;)

Now what about RECURRING dreams? Maybe not EXACT, but very very similar. I use to have recurring dreams that I could leap in slow motion, almost like an astronaut on the moon. I would push off and I could get 20 feet in the air and I would literally take two step/jumps and travel a city block... But always slow and controlled. Then I would start to lose control and slam into the sides of buildings and houses and stuff... I have my own opinion about what this represented in my life, but who knows.
 
What about lucid dreams? Does anyone have them. You probably know, but lucid dreams are when you know you're dreaming. In these dreams you are basically god, and can do what you want. I have these quite often, but for some reason I can't do anything, AND in my dreams I can feel pain! I don't wake up! Can you imagine knowing you're dreaming and decide to test it by jumping off a cliff? Well, I certainly won't be stupid enough to try that...

lucid dreams are fun...
you can jump off things...
run into things...
and make out with that hot girl that... what? oh, sorry ;)

I dont feel pain in my dreams, so once I jumped off quite a high... something. I fell on my back.. usually after I realised I am dreaming I have like 1 or 2 minutes before I wake up. I never did get to make out with anyone, but did twise dream I was a girl... once it was actually someone I knew, I told her (just now infact:))

Speaking of lucid dreams, I did shoot myself once, but right before it, I wondered maybe this won't work, I just vegetate myself instead? And then did it. End of dream. Go figure?

But then I also dreamt I shot my mother... So that is a big reason why I don't put too much into dreams. Freud fans out there?:)
 
i love that one dream where you are half awake and half sleeping, and you get the sensation like you are falling really fast, then you wake up all scared.

i rarely ever have lucid dreams where i can control what im doing, but sometimes in my lucid dreams, i know im dreaming and try to do something, but it doesnt happen.

i dont have a girlfriend either, wei. how old are you? in grade 11, right? me too. itll come. but, you will have to initiate it. girls arent going to walk right up to you and ask to go out with you...well, maybe in your dreams.:D
 
I sometimes have lucid dreams, but they need some outside motivation. The last lucid dream I had, my alarm went off and i slept for 10 minutes(with hte radio still playing) knowing that I was dreaming.

Also, I become a lot more courageous and hyper in some dreams. Some of htem I actually have the courage to ask otu a girl.

Thats like my dream. I am usually like "oh my god!!! a girl just TALKED to me!!! she, at work, asked me to pass her a pen. A PEN!!!"

I need one of them girls that slamms you against the lockers and kisses you passionetley, then sais "I want you now"

I think someone asked, I am in grade 12, havent kissed or danced with a girl yet, but theres always prom night ;) that and more... :D
 
Oh poor weimar republic - me too by the way - a girl wouldnt tough me with a ten foot barge pole (cant think why :))

I once though I had a dream, but on reflection I think i may have dreamt it
 
I also have recurring dreams. In fact, I have recurring dreams that have about six different themes. I also have terrible problems with nightmares, so much that I really don't sleep at night. In fact, I go to ridiculous lengths to avoid sleeping because I know I'll have them. The nightmares have become worse since 911. I've found that the only way to combat them is to stay up all night reading, or playing Civ or SMAC until I literally drop from exhaustion. I imagine if I'm not careful, I'll be needing a doctor soon...
 
When I was younger, I had this dream where I died and went to hell, and everyone was really nice, particularly the Devil who it turned out was really a half-fly, half-woman thing.

Then, I had the dream again a few months later, but this time I went to heaven, and everyone was stuck-up and arrogant. And especially God who was in fact a teacher in the school I was going to at the time.

I don't believe in God but if he exists, he may be trying to tell me something.:)
