What was so unethical about conspiring to cover up a criminal act? What was so unethical that it caused the only president in the history of the country to resign in disgrace, because he faced certain removal from office by impeachment?

But I would still contend that GWB advocating and condoning the torture and murder of innocent people was far worse.
