Dumb Question

Good day,
I have a dumb question....is there a way to turn off city revolts during or at the begining of game play. I feel I waste too much time worring about city revolts. Thanks in advance. Regards,

There aint any dumb questions, just start a custum game at the bottom of the page you'll see a checkback next to revolution uncheck it
