Duplicate Wonders on the Map

In my most recent game I was constructing the Oracle in St. Petersburg with the construction site located on a hill nearby. When finished, the completed wonder appeared in a different location but the construction site was left on the map as well.

Graphical representations of wonders on the map seem to be a bit wonky sometimes. Unfortunately I still only got 1 free social policy...

I expect that its a graphical artifact / minor bug. Won't impact gameplay, and will fix itself when you shutdown & restart civ, I expect. If it doesn't, then please flag it again.

Problem is also there with the great wall, it is relocated after savegame load to fit the borders (seems so). If it should be in this way, then it does not work right with the borders, see right bottom here:
