Dural Champion... on Turn 28

I was playing a RiFE game and I met the Dural. They had a Age 61 Champion on Turn 89! They would have had to get the Champion tech (Feudalism?) before Turn 28.
...On Turn 28, I was researching Mining...

Are the Dural supposed to have champions by Turn 28, or did they get it from an epic goody hut?

Champion is nothing. Assassin on the other hand gets Aeron's Chosen and thats can be a game over for any civ it targets.

I’ve had that happen. Barbarians should be barred from Aeron’s Chosen.

Considering how powerful it can get, especially on an adventurer Assassin, I would honestly not be opposed to removing it altogether.

Aeron's Chosen just needs to require poison tech, that way it wont show up super early, since it really isn't overpowering if you get it at the right time.
