Eagle / Crebain

    Hi all,

    Here is another unit converted from CIV IV: eagle. I use it as crebain (scouting lord of the rings raves) scaling to 0.25 or less and making many members.

    Cool. It would be good if you could add a screenshot of the unit in game.

    Also uploading your unit to the CFC downloads database means it won't use up your attachments allowance and may be found by more people.

    Thanks Deliverator. I did it today, I had not time until now. Here is the screenshot. I will also upload it to the CFC.

    One question: I tried to lift them up from the ground, grabing the mesh and the skeleton upper, but no way... any idea?

    There is a <ZOffset> tag in ArtDefine_UnitMemberInfos, maybe you can try to change that.

    Guys, I have added to cfc: ents, spider and eagles/crebains. I will finish my valkerie and and I will upload her with my galadriel unit :)

    The crebain.gr2 file seems to be missing. Where can I get it?

    The model is the same as for the eagle so you could just edit the eagle.gr2 using Nexus Buddy 2, point the textures to crebain.dds rather than bird_128.dds and then Save As... crebain.gr2. In other words just make a new copy of eagle.gr2 that points to the crebain.dds texture.
