The Navy Seal
Emperor
I just uploaded v2.50 it adds tons of new stuff check it out on page 1. I also updated the Readme so it is actually accurate!
Enjoy and don't foget to post your feedback!
Ive d/l the new version & works fine for me!
(Which leaves me puzzled as to why it wouldn't load the 1st time...)
Yes I'm going to get Zebra 9 to write some python to fix that! One quick thought for the next version (if there will be one?) Would it be possible to add a scroll bar to the score board? Or maybe change it so that the lowest scores disappear off the bottom instead of the highest overlapping with the buttons near the top?

I'm not sure what you mean? One little bug i just noticed, the buildings info has no culture values on the build screen.
I'm not sure what you mean?

Although this is worrying meI renamed the Danish to Norwedians

How do I install this scenario? Is in the public maps as usual? thank you

Well I was going to add a Danish along with a Norwegian and Swedish Civs but the Danish were ruled by the same ruler (Sweyn) but I could rename them the Danish and put their capital in Rib! I'll have to research before I come to a conclusion because I don't like just adding things based on peoples opinions unless I know for sure that what they say is provable!![]()
The term Danish Empire can refer to:
* Canute the Great's rule over Denmark, Norway and England during the 11th century. See also Danelaw.
* Valdemar the Victorious's conquests in Northern Germany c. 1200.
* The Danish colonial empire in the West Indies, Gold Coast and India. See also Tranquebar.
The Danelaw, as recorded in the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle (also known as the Danelagh; Old English: Dena lagu; Danish: Danelagen), is an historical name given to a part of Great Britain in which the laws of the "Danes"[1] held predominance over those of the Anglo-Saxons. The part of Great Britain which was part of the Danelaw is now northern and eastern England. The origins of the Danelaw lie in the Viking expansion of the 9th century, although the term was not used to describe a geographic area until the 11th century. With the increase in population and productivity in Scandinavia, Viking warriors sought treasure and glory in nearby Britain.
Danelaw is also used to describe the set of legal terms and definitions created in the treatises between the English king, Alfred the Great, and the Norwegian warlord, Guthrum the Old, written down following Guthrum's defeat at the Battle of Edington, in 878. Later, in 886, the Treaty of Alfred and Guthrum was formalised, founding the boundaries of their kingdoms, with provisions for peaceful relations between the English and the Vikings.
The Danish laws held sway in the Kingdom of Northumbria and Kingdom of East Anglia, and the lands of the Five Boroughs of Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Stamford and Lincoln.
Ironically, the prosperity of the Danelaw, especially Jórvík (York), led to it itself becoming a target for Viking raiders. Conflict with Wessex and Mercia sapped the strength of the Danelaw, and the waning of its military power together with the Viking onslaughts led to its submission to Edward the Elder in return for protection. It was to be part of his Kingdom of England, and the province of Denmark no longer, as the English lay final claim on it.

No Norway mentioned at all![]()
When you are installing the .exe make sure you put it in your (My) Documents My Games Beyond the Sword MOD's directory. Then after you've installed the scenario by using the .exe you should be able to load the game click "Advanced" then "Load a MOD" then click on Earth 1000AD v2.50 then it will restart then go to the Single Player section if your not already in it, then click on "Play a Scenario" then select the one that say's "Seal's Earth 1000AD" then it will load the map up and you can launch a game playing as whatever civ you pick!Doesn't work Navy Seal. I unzip on the right folder and the only map that appears was "earth 1000AD", but wasn't your map. I tried to open from the folder public map inside the "earth 1000AD v2.50" mod, and i got an error "failed to read worldbuilder file". Any sugestion?
note: Which program do I use to change civ names and units? I could only create maps and insert downloaded units in civ III, don't now how to do it in civ IV.
Thank you
