Everyone - it looks like we have our players and will have the draft order finalized soon. Then we can start the draft process. Once thats completed I will need a little time to do the worldbuilder edits and get the turn order correct... I'm sure it will require a bit of trial and error. However if all goes well we should be ready to go by next week sometime!

Also, I forgot to say that I am impressed with your setup! I think this will be pretty damn interesting. Maybe over the course of the game you can give me a little tutorial on how to set up something similar. Obviously there is no rush.
Please can I ask a small favour and remind us all of the rules when we kick off...I just know I will forget and choose a second tier tech off the bat whilst on autopilot!

Jon - good choice with Persia! I strongly considered them, they are my absolute favorite / most used civ on this map... I only avoided them because I use them so much I wanted to force myself into something different. They are going to be a force though, thats for sure...
I will go over the rules one more time for everyone as we are getting set up. I need to get into the python code to make the turn order go correctly, so... it might take a lot of trial and error before i actually get us started. All I ask for is patience, I managed to figure it out in my test run before I even posted this, so I should be able to do it again!

No need, you get the leader given in the scenario, in this case I believe its Washington? I could be wrong... whatever the leader is in the regular scenario.

sohleks, you are up for your 3 choices in a row. Remember you have to choose 1 civ from each of the pools.
Also, as we finish up with this second round, everyone remember that you have to choose from the other 2 pools and can't choose a free civ from the pool your first civ was in. For example, Inky is automatically blocked from choosing the Incans, Mongols, China or Japan, even if they are available.

Its amazing to watch this draft unfold and see everyones choices... definitely different than i expected! Sohleks - they will be put in that order for you.

When it's my next draft with the remaining civs just put them in the same order as they are listed in the pool(s) whoever they are.
