Is there working mod to have more than 18 civilizations on mac? BTS newest version.

No there is not.

It's not possible unless you can use one of the factory-installed mods, as it requires a custom DLL, and the Mac doesn't support custom DLLs.

The factory-installed mods have the custom DLL built into a separate compiled copy of the BtS code, but I don't know whether any of them support more than 18 civs.
