Sorry if this was brought up before, but does anyone know why they didn't set up added civs like Alpha Centauri did? All you had to do was add the new faction to the list. It could be picked when you selected "random" for one of your opposing factions and you didn't have to write over top of an existing one. Seems to me they made a big step backward with this.
