Easy way to convert .wps to .doc??

Hi guys, Well I'm using WinME (I really don't know why) and it has Works, and the computers at my college only use Word. My question is this; is there an easy way to convert works documents to word files?

What i usually have to do is open the .wps in notepad and then copy and paste it into word. This ends up putting a space in b e t w e e n e v e r y letter.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does not Word have the ability to *read* a .wps file? I thought it did. SImply open the .wps and save as .doc.

Why don't you just use word

Word may not be on the one computer.

I know my last computer didn't come with Word. And when I updated my old computer, the Word for it died as well.

Works doesn't come with Word, unless you buy the Works Suite package. Which is what I did just so I could get Word; it was cheaper than buying Word by itself.

Easy Office has a Word compatible product.
